The Instructional Technology Support Center Director oversees the operation of Instructional Media Resources, Audio/Visual Services, the ITSC classrooms and facilities, and the faculty and graduate student multimedia development centers. The director's primary mission is to coordinate efforts to meet the Center Goals. The director works closely with the Departments of Educational Leadership and Elementary and Special Education in meeting the center goals of training pre-service and in-service teachers in the use of instructional technology and developing multimedia curriculum for K-12 classrooms. The director also works closely with the MTSU Teaching, Learning, and Technology Roundtable and the Office of Information Technology in striving to improve University teaching and learning through expanded use of instructional technology and developing multimedia curriculum for use in University classrooms. The director also oversees operation of the ITSC satellite and desktop video-conferencing facilities.
