MTSU Webcasting Access and Program Evaluation
Form
Webcasting Viewers:
To access live or archived programs, click on "start MTSU webcasting"
below. After viewing our program, remember to complete our "Program
Evaluation
Form," and let us know how you felt about our program offering. Your
feedback will justify additional funding for future program
offerings. Details about webcasting appear below under
"Webcasting System Requirements."
Cable television viewers:
After you have finished watching the program on television, you should
click on "Start MTSU webcasting" link below, then click on the
"View Live Webcast" link. Fill
in the demographic information in Step 1, click on the button to "Grade this Webcast" in Step 2
, and complete the program evaluation form in Step 3. Step 4
allows you to print out a certificate for your records confirming your
participation.
ATTENTION ALL TEACHERS! In order to receive
in-service credit you must fill in and submit a Program
Evaluation Form!

If you have difficulty submitting the online program evaluation form,
please complete the form below. Information about returning the form to
MTSU is printed at the bottom of the form.

Webcasting Viewers will need the

- A high-speed Internet Connection:
T1 or DSL connections: 30 frames per second, 320/240
56K Modem connections: 15 frames per second/ 160/120
- Windows Media Player
Windows Version
Macintosh Version
If you already have Windows Media
Player installed on your computer, please click the button below to start MTSU webcasting.
Click the above link to view our
current live webcast or to access our program archive. Check our current program
schedule for program dates and times.
Some
participants report difficulty submitting program evaluations and
printing their participation cerificates when using Internet Explorer.

If you experience difficulties, you may have more success using Firefox
as your browser. This browser is available as a free download from the

If
you cannot view the webcast and you are sure you have Windows Media
Player installed on your computer, your school system may have a
security firewall. Please call your county's IT department and ask them
to have the IP address 161.45.216.14 (our video server) and 75.126.135.177 (vender video server) unblocked at
the firewall. For assistance, contact Anthony Tate at 615-904-8204 or

If the "Broadcast Test" slide remains on your screen
after the program is supposed to start, you should make sure the
program time is correct (Tuesdays 9:00-10:00 a.m. CST, 10:00-11:00 a.m.
EST and Thursdays 3:30-4:30 p.m. CST, 4:30-5:30 p.m. EST). If the
program time is correct, try closing the browser window, reloading the
webcasting website, and going through the sign-in process again. Call
